This is misleading name for a restaurant. When it comes to food, Jain clearly implies something, which is pure vegetarian food specifically without onion and garlic. That's what you get when you reserve Jain meal on flights and trains. Pure vegetarian means complete absence of meat from restaurant's kitchen.
