Pizza Hut | Sikandra, Agra — Restaurant in Agra

Felt hungry so dined in at pizzahut sikandra i will come up to food quality later , let me start my experience with its parking lot of space available for two wheelers but the space was preoccupied by pizzahut delivery bikes so that was a bad part, about interiors, the outlet was small, ambience normal , sitting ok and overall vibe of this outlet was not fulfilling any of the pizzahut outlet standards . There was single girl on the counter who was taking orders and was serving those orders as well. Me and my nephew ordered deal for two comprising of big veg pizza, garlic bread and two beverages pepsi. Talking abt pizza the pizza crust was thin and crispy with excessive toppings of tomatoes which overpowered the taste of other ingredients such as cheese, pizza sause and spices . The pizza tasted sour in taste , garlic bread was fulfy tasted ok and the worst part the fountain pepsi served was lacking that soda jerk may be due to lesser gas content. Worst restaurant ever I visit in my entire life. Total mismanagement and apathy towards customer. Shocking to know that they don't have the basic etiquette as to how to respond to customer and how to serve. I reminded them Atleast about 25 times about almost everything. They provide 5 plates for 6 people, and took Atleast 10 minutes and 3 reminders for the plate. They had to be reminded Atleast 5 time to provide forks and knifes. Any many more accidents. Finally we had to leave with incomplete orders and cancellation of the rest orders. If you plan to go there be prepared to absorb socks...

I recently visited the Pizza Hut with my friends, and we tried a variety of pizzas. 🍕 The overall experience was great—the pizzas were delicious, and we really enjoyed the different toppings and flavors. The place had a nice atmosphere, and it was a good spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a meal together.

The only thing I would suggest is that the pizza crust could be a bit thinner. While everything tasted good, a slightly thinner crust would make it easier to eat and enjoy even more. Despite that, we had a good time, and I'm giving this Pizza Hut a 4-star rating. Definitely...
