Burger Farm — Restaurant in Alwar

I visited there to eat burger with my friends at 1st time recently. The atmosphere is very amazing, good , cleen but giving overall 1 start rating because:-

They didn't provide you menu card to order you have to see there display for items and price and the display is moving images faster so you have to very focused and see the display agin and again which is not good.

Me and my friend are talking about to eat burger infront of the service staff and after that we decided the item, my friend told to service staf wich is "cheesy masala wala kr do" for 4 and they didn't conform at that time cheesey masala burger or wraps, so they prepare cheesy masala warps and the price difference is 129-89 = 40 rs per person more. So I didn't happy with the service staff.

When I am going there is no another customer except me but they Daley my order by 20 -30 minutes and also they not inform you how much time take to food prepare.

Service staff is not update fully, if you ask him for booking & discount so they find the offer page 1st and read infront of you and can't give you excet and short explain which is lead to waste time.

So overall I have bad experience with the burger farm becouse as I not eat my desire food just because of service staff. I not recommended...

Not a very happening place or full of people ... so you can surely grab a bite in comfort at any given point. They even have separate space for parties and events for a small gathering of 15 to 30 people (ofcourse you can have more people but for me comfort and seating matters a lot).

Talking about service well they for sure have very decent staff members, none of them ever disrespects the customer or anybody, they are quite humble as well and would love to tend to your requests.

Food is one good thing about them, the menu is plush with both veg and non-veg options, so you can always find yourself a comfort dish that your taste buds are looking for. Their menu includes burgers, rolls, sides like fries and onion rings ... (and believe me their onion rings are flavourful).

Accessibility for those with motor disability can be a challenge as there is no ramp for ease of access, plus at times the front is covered by cars of the residents of the building. So that is one concern that takes a star off their shoulder, but other than that ... the place is good to sit, savour some flavourful food, have a good chat with your buddies and host...

Food: Average. Other outlets in Alwar have better tastes like Shakes of India, Heavens.

Service: Poor. They swapped the sauces for the two burgers I ordered and had to remake the burgers upon highlighting. Also had to wait 25 minutes in the first time for the order to come. While remaking it was reduced to 10 minutes.

Atmosphere: Very Poor. When I visited, smoke from live kitchen was flowing to the customer seating area and was smelly and very difficult to breathe clean air. While waiting for our order, we felt like going out of the store.

Overall: Not a place to visit for the second time. My wife's stomach got upset the next morning of the visit. Prices are too high. Would not recommend to the public for the experience I had with...
