Chai Gupshup — Restaurant in Ambedkar Nagar

My overall experience is not that good.

We ordered the momos they are ok. But one hair strand is there in the momos filling. When we told them they told us that we give you extra momos. But while ordering our food we didn't ask for the extra momos so what is this behavior.

Secondly, in the whole restaurant there is nowhere mentioned of self service. So we are waiting for our order to serve. But they said it's a self service restaurant. We don't like the tone of the person. And when we told them you should mention somewhere inside the restaurant that it's self service. Then the person said we don't have any problem telling people that it's self service every time whenever a new customer comes.

And lastly while payment they again mention that we give you extra momos. In a full plate only this much of momos came. But we only asked for the amount not about the momos that you give extra.

We don't want their extra momos. We only want that much momos which price...

I ordered veg fried momos which is 80% full of oil and only 20% stuffing. Secondly i don't like the tone of a person when she says "Self service hai". You have to mention somewhere because may b apko baar baar self service hai btane main problem na ho but Customer ko sunne main problem ho sakti hai because u didn't know ki aap busy hai to aap kaisa sound kr rahe but jo sun raha hai use...
