Happy Hour — Restaurant in Ambernath

We experienced very long waiting times. They should keep entries in a log book if they are asking people to wait outside. Anyone was coming and sitting in the tables and the people waiting outside were ignored.

We waited for an hour only to be told that our preferred dish was unavailable. Hence, we ordered something else, but it still took another hour for the food to be served which was also wrong.

The place is small, with only a few tables, so be prepared for a wait during weekends. It also seemed that more preference was given to orders placed directly with the owner over the phone, compared to walk-in customers. I would recommend ordering through Zomato or calling directly instead of dining in if you want faster service.

Don't know how you guys have so many positive ratings... The time just to take order was more than half hour and after which we have been told to wait for food for more 45 mints. If you can't serve atleast show some respect and inform we are full. Just to earn don't waste time when you are finished with the stock & giving wrong order after that. Not aware if this is always but mine experience was worst and will surely never recommend to dine in.
