0 star but unfortunately no such option. Worst experience in Maitri Katta Badlapur. Pathetic customer service. Sitting was quiet uncomfortable and congested, when asked for another sitting which was empty, they did not bother to help us with other table. When we said we would prefer leaving then, they said then you have to pay for your order which obviously we wanted to cancel due to their rude and unwelcoming attitude. I believe that service industry is all about customer delight, here it was completely the opposite. They were rude and unwelcoming. (ALSO GO THROUGH THE MADE UP STORY, a clear LIE AND SHAMELESS AND UNAPOLOGITIC reply by the owner to see their so called 'welcoming attitude'. Highly arrogant guy due to which we wanted to leave immediately after the misbehaviour but were forced to pay the bill, hence we accepted the order and took parcel and made the necessary payments ofcourse) We finally ended up taking the order parcel and paying them the bill rather than sitting there and feeling insulted. They give better sitting only to their so called Regular customers .We then visited a better hotel (top in town) and had a lovely time there. While writing my review I came across similar reviews for Maitri katta, wish I had read that earlier. Please visit some other hotel or dhaba instead. There are many amazing ones like ashwini, pinewood (one of the best), top in town and golden dhaba. Will never recommend this place to anyone nor visit here again. Absolutely rubbish and if you are hardcore foody..and travelled the world with multi cusine tastes then this is not the place for you..Delayes service without greets as a common sense to invite customers is lack..We ordered chicken lemon soup however it was a mess with uncooked garlic and lack of combination of sauces without fry noodles..Green salad without green leafy vegetables and dresding sauces..server only served precut tomatoes,cucumber,carrot with chat masala which was not upto the expectations as atleast he has to serve with decorations with coriander..Fans are mono directional..there is no lawn you can directly touch to earth looks downgraded..Fried rice was a hell as it was just fried in red chili without garlic chilli sauce and soya sauce which are the main ingredients of chinese also atleast he has to serve add on sauces at a side that too missing added to this no schezwan sauce what the hell..dont waste your money on the basis of observing or judging lot of vehicles parked outside actually it is meant of hardcore drinkers who loved garbage after...

Updating my review to worse and 1 star, as we went again thinking our previous experience may be one time incident.

Hardly 4-5 tables were occupied in whole Maitri Katta, our order took over half n hour to serve us on table, which was still under cooked.

And now mostly after 15th November 2021 there is new rule of 100/- Rs TABLE CHARGES if you are carrying your own liquor. Even if u have one beer and 2 person or if u have 10 liquor bottles with over 10-15 person on table. (This flat 100rs table charges doesn't make any sense in above scenario)

Oh at the end they took over 15min to provide us the bill, which we finally asked at payment counter and paid there.
