Sudama — Restaurant in Ambernath

Sudama is fine dining located near Highway and best for Brunch spread as this is the only Restaurant serving Buffet around this location!!

Special mention to their serving and ambience which was worth appreciating.

We initiated with: Paneer chilly: This was extremely flavourful and sauce was just on point. Paneer was succulent and exotic vegetables were complimenting the sauce very well.

Corn tikki: This was again crisp tikki with sweet corn in every bite, This was served with Mint chutney.

Mocktails: Strawberry swirl: This was mind blowing for any mocktail lover, I can bet on that❤️, It was milk based super thick shake presented beautifully and tasted even better

Fruit Punch: This was again milk based mocktail which was combination of different fruit and ice cream.

Live counter: Veg pasta live counter was really delightful.

They made pink sauce pasta on request and it was extremely yummazing

Mains: There was good amount of options for main course unlike Starters.

And few were my favourite:

Paneer Do pyaza: Gravy was super rich with flavour and Softest paneer were making it even better.

Saag: This was similar to sarson da saag and I adored it

Garlic noodles and Manchurian gravy: This was star of the mains as Manchurian balls and gravy was to die for!! Garlicky punch in every spoon of noodles were so good

There were, Dal rice, Pulao, Aaloo jeera and aaloo chaat as well which fely Ok for me.

Dessert: This was ultimate favourite course of the meal and they didn't disappointed me here.

Moong dal Halwa: This was one of the best in recent time which high on ghee and balanced on sweetness. It was garnished with dryfruits and I simply fell in love with that

Brownie: Freshly made brownie was also there with different flavours of ice cream and I enjoyed it with Vanilla.

You have to ask for ice cream which is part of buffet.

Staffs were professional, courteous and quick!!

The service was quick and courteous, with the staff checking in frequently without being intrusive. Special mention to the servers who were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
