This place is an absolute DISGRACE. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear hygiene was a concept utterly foreign to this establishment. We're talking seats coated in a delightful medley of crumbs and oil – a testament to their complete disregard for basic cleanliness. We weren't even graced with a waiter's presence for a full FIVE MINUTES. We had to call for service, only to be met with the collective cold shoulder of the entire staff. After FIFTEEN minutes of being pointedly ignored, some poor soul finally deigned to take our order, around 10 PM. Then, the real wait began. Thirty minutes ticked by, and nothing. When we inquired, we were fed the usual lie: "It's ready, just five more minutes." Another FORTY minutes evaporated, and still, nothing. Rechecking, we discovered that, after an HOUR, a measly FOUR out of TEN items had arrived. At that point, we decided to cut our losses. An hour is more than enough time to realize the mistake this place is to the universe. Frankly, it was a waste of time and money. "Ambiance" is too generous a word. The fountain was spewing water like a broken fire hydrant, the washrooms were a biohazard, and the seating arrangements were clearly designed for maximum discomfort and filth. The managers? Utterly clueless. I seriously doubt they possess the cognitive capacity to manage a goldfish, let alone a restaurant. And the food? An insult to the very notion of cuisine. Of the four items we were unfortunate enough to receive: Cheesecake: A travesty. Whipped cream that tasted like sadness, and a crumbling, dry mess of "cake." Crispy Chilli Corn: A garlic-infused nightmare. I'm pretty sure they forgot the salt, along with any semblance of flavor. Veg Crispy Bao: "Ok" is being far too kind. Massively overpriced for something so utterly mediocre. Dragon Paneer: An ABOMINATION. I'm genuinely astonished at how someone could so thoroughly butcher such a simple Chinese dish. It was an unmitigated disaster. In conclusion, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not for families, not for groups, and certainly not for dates. Go only if you have a masochistic desire to waste your time and experience the thrill of having your order arrive (or, more likely, not arrive) through sheer, dumb luck.

Just making the ambiance good doesn't mean the restaurent serves good food with good service. I suggest do not go with the ambiance of the hotel, please have a look at attached photos and videos. They do not have basic facility of Handwash is restroom. The service was super slow even it was not crowded the time we arrived, on table of 9 members not a single person available. False assurance was given on order preparation timeline, it took 45min for our order howerver as per manager the timeline was 5-7mins. The taste of the food not at all justify the cost they are charging. The chicken was uncooked, I found insects. The pricing of the dishes are of 5Star catagory hotels however the taste and service was like a average, poor (Like Ordinary Annapurna Bhojanalay).

Great Ambiance. This place has great interior, outdoor and indoor seating and a bar with high chairs. The Oak is ideal for small get togethers and for a date, especially if you are planning to drink and avoid those shady bars. They mostly have offers on beer section. You can check their announcements as they are active on this maps page. I also recommend checking out the menu in advance. Food taste was good and proportion was just adequate. There is definitely a scope for improvement in service. If the restaurant is spending on ambiance and Google Ad services, they should also invest in training. You don't not want to stand awkwardly unattended and again asked to switch seats. Rest is fine. It is a must-visit place in Amravati.

"I had an exceptional dining experiences The Oak Bar and Grill last night! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a warm and modern decor. Our server, The Oak bar and grill, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making great recommendations and ensuring our glasses were always full.

The food was truly outstanding! I ordered the veg and non veg, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was visually appealing. My companions' dishes, paneer lababdar, were equally impressive.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the clear passion for food that the chef and staff have. The menu offered a great selection of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices.

Overall, I highly recommend Oak bar for a fantastic dining experience. We can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious creation

Remember to be honest and specific in your review, and try to highlight the unique aspects of the restaurant that made your...

I hadn't expected such a beautiful ambience of a hotel in Amravati. It is really at par with what is bring offered in metropolitan cities.

Suggestions for improvement: Bottled drinking water is charged inr 40 and so we asked for filter water which was given to us in a plastic bottle (kinley, bisleri bottle, I mean) which doesn't go well with concept of fine dining. Please provide water jugs or big glass bottle to go with the overall beautiful ambience. Above point repeats itself in case of oregano, chili flakes, and sauce. They were provided in sachets similar to what we receive in food delivery. Staff needs to be a bit more trained and courteous. No doubt they are good, but they need a little more grooming.

Please take above little suggestions positively. I am vouching for you guys and definitely am looking to...
