JAVITRI — Restaurant in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

This was my second visit, post an impressive service during my first visit a couple of days back.

Unfortunately, apart from the food taste - nothing else was good. The attitude was laid-back, with delayed service. Our service manager was more engaged in chit chat at the billing counter instead of serving us, to such an extent that we wanted to cancel our starters. Every time we ordered (starters, main course and dessert), we were made to wait and had to remind our service manager to deliver the food which was warm at best (there were only 2 customers at this time, including our family of 2).

The final nail in the coffin was at the time of me giving my feedback in person to the lady at the billing counter, who seemed like the person in-charge. She was least bothered by my feedback, did not even acknowledge or look at us while we were explaining our situation.

Me and my wife had the worst possible dinner experience when we opted to get our dinner parcel from JAVITRI outlet at the ITF 2023. We ordered for a Chole Bhature and Chicken Dum Biryani. The person at the counter asked us to buy the Rs. 220/- biryani instead of Rs. 150/- biryani because it's better. But when we asked further they said there is no difference between both the biryanis. We suspected that there was only a single type of biryani that was being served and the guy at the counter made a fool of us. Now coming to the food. Biryani was tasteless and no raita or saalan was provided as an accompaniment. Also after eating it my wife had severe stomach problems. Chole Bhature was just about ok. You should stop...

I had Naan with sahi paneer it was so delicious and they serve my favorite onion dipped in vinegar as complementary. Which made this place jannath for me.

And i was impressed by the restaurant when I asked why you guys only serve vegetarian food🍲, the reply I got was so surprising that there is a Temple near restaurant and they want to keep surrounding sudh for the temple.

My only concern is related to the time they take to serve food that must b improved.
