Post-Sunset Bliss at Rohit Restaurant – A Perfect Chai Stop Near Radhanagar Beach

After soaking in one of the most breathtaking sunsets at Radhanagar Beach, we found ourselves craving something simple yet comforting—a good cup of tea. As we exited the beach and made our way toward the parking lot, we stumbled upon a small local eatery with a familiar and amusingly personal name: Rohit Restaurant (my brother’s namesake!).

Location & First Impressions: Conveniently located just outside the main beach area, near the parking zone, Rohit Restaurant is an unpretentious, modest little spot that serves as a welcome stop for visitors heading out of the beach. While the setting is simple, the vibe is casual and friendly, perfect for winding down after the beach.

What We Ordered:

Chai (Tea): We ordered a round of hot tea—chai, as it’s fondly called in Hindi. And honestly, it hit the spot. The tea was freshly brewed, aromatic, and had just the right balance of milk and spice. After a breezy walk and a sunset soaked in golden hues, this warm cup was exactly what we needed. It added a homely touch to an already perfect evening.

Final Thoughts: Rohit Restaurant might not be a place you seek out for a full culinary experience, but for a quick refreshment or a cozy post-beach break, it’s absolutely worth a visit. The tea was satisfying, the location was convenient, and the service was friendly.

A small restaurant near Radhanagar beach, to much costly as compare to the size of the restaurant. Food is good Neat and clean.

Lots of seafood items are available.

At evening, snacks like chicken pakora, vegetable pakora, fish cutlet , fish fry, chicken lolipop, vegetable cutlet,fish spring roll, tea, coffee is available.

We have ordered fish cutlet, it is said that it is made up of surmai fish but we didn't find that flavour.

A small restaurant on Radhanagar Sea Beach road. Not much items are available here. Tea, coffee, snacks and chowmin are available here. Pakora is available here in the evening which is somehow good. To pass some time or for little bit refreshments tea and pakora will help a lot. Prices are moderate but prices for tea is higher. Bananas and some fruits are also available here. Staffs are helpful...
