Serving Pathetic Food with Rude and Aggressive Behaviour of Owner

I have visited this place a couple of times, but today was by far the worst experience. We ordered a burger and BBQ chicken wings. While the burger was good, the BBQ wings were extremely disappointing - overly sweet due to the excess sauce. It felt like regular wings were simply tossed in BBQ sauce and served with way too much of it, completely killing the aroma and the taste of real BBQ (nothing smoky, just pan-cooked). Looking at the attached picture - do these even look like real BBQ wings

When we asked to speak with the chef, he simply walked away. Later, when we spoke with the owner, his response was shockingly rude and arrogant. Instead of accepting feedback, he claimed it was their “own recipe” and told us not to compare it with other restaurants or traditional BBQ methods - in a rather aggressive tone. When I suggested such details should be mentioned in the menu, his attitude was basically: “eat it or leave it, but pay the bill.”

This experience clearly explains why the restaurant was almost empty seats - I was the only customer dining in. (I should have walked away noticing those empty seats, but I gave it a chance based on my previous visits)

I respect creativity and unique recipes, but there must also be respect for customer feedback and basic standards, rather than being purely business-focused. Not everyone shares the owner’s personal taste. To make it worse, he openly said that whether I visit again or not, he doesn’t care.

8quats cafe is one of the best places I've visited in recent times in terms of ambience and interiors. Place is not to small not to big, perfect space for a cafe. Plan to visit in the evenings because the lighting and the ambience adds more beauty to the place. I just loved their interior walls and paintings, perfect to click snaps. Coming to the food they have pizzas, sandwiches, Burgers, Thick shakes, mocktails and surprisingly momos. Place is well maintained and hygienic. I've ordered Watermelon refresher n Oreo Thick shake and mixed veg momos. I just loved the momos and the chutney they served with it.
