Arabian Mandi House — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Initially it will good but present it is Worst maintainece and service, worst food quality, very bad taste......If any one experience this recently please post review.... May be I think your management knows how to treat your customers but your waiters dont know how to treat your customers and this is the main complaint from my side. Coming to the food this is not the first time for me and my friends to face this type of problems in your restaurant and without confusion I clearly mentioned that the food is too worst compared to the initial days.And one more complaint is whenever we visited your restaurant is full of drinkers. Please make sure to provide a board containing "Drinkers not allowed" and this is suggestion only. Its better to know how is your service and maintenance rather than who is having and haven't food. While taking food it is not possible for every time to visit cash counter and complaining about all these, you or else manager visit every table and take the review about service and food, so that you didnt face this type of...

Have to wait ages to get your food , here taste is ok though, and the service is worst, gave an order , been waiting for it for 30 mins when asked in the midst one person said its getting ready in 10 mins,aftewards when called again they(service)said we haven't ordered any food and started arguing that its our mistake not them but there is receipt printed already which we have ordered but they were being rude and not accepting that they were mistaken, we have to wait for 40 mins for food and finally we left from there without having it ..!! I'll be kind and say that the food was average. We had chicken manchow soup which was saltless and full of unnecessary chilli. Then we had Schezwan chicken which was alright. The best dish was the drumsticks. It was succulently crisp and was coated in a delightfully tangy sauce. The main course was a major disappointment though. We ordered chicken steak mandi which was too pricey for what we got. The steak was rock hard and the rice wasn't hot. You could play treasure hunt to find any bits of cashew in this dish.
