Yesterday we visited here for lunch.. it was a very good experience with biryanis and more!!! Starting with the ambience its too good and pleasant. And their service was great.. even though it was quite a busy day (sunday) they've given very fast and good service with a perfect smile that made me feel soo good abt them. Now the food for starters we've ordered is appollo fish that is quite good and tasty... and in the biryanis we went with the manager's suggestion.. and I haven't regretted his suggestion as their special dish is Rajamundry mixed pulav and the taste was top notch.. which took my heart

Last but not least.. not from a negative point of view.. but i felt it was soo.. for the price which we are paying is ok for the quality of the food we were served.. but coming to the quantity of the food that was too small for the amount we paid..

Lunch —- Had a worst experience when visited with friend for lunch. It was totally not worth visiting and had a worst experience ever had on biryani ever.

Except for one or two items the whole experience of the food is not worth of visiting or trying even once.

Even the manager response was shocking when complained about the food taste and service. He is not even concerned about the feed back or customers opinion in the first place.

Visited this place after referred from friends with a total disappointment.

Response:- Apollo fish and Kalki kabab are better out of all. As for the restaurant Bheemavaram mixed Palau and chicken palamuru biryani are the best and recommended those were the worst of all. The small restaurants in ongole do much better compared to the brand name. Coming to the manager he is not even concerned about customer satisfaction and was trying to enquire just for naming concern. The waitress are more concerned when we gave the feedback and tried to help us somehow with no luck due...
