Gajuwaka outlet - today evening experience Since kiosks not working telling everyone to book online with location and table no Order no - 1214, table no -121 done Shown on display order was ready to pick up Since they servicing to tables waiting till my order display off Gone to the pick up area and asked for order stating order no and table no, replied wait will come Waited for some time, but orders served who ordered after us, as per display they far away order nos than my order Asked for Manager, A person came and asked to wait some more time, at that time received a phone call from the whom I asked for order at pickup area asking for where am I, even though the table no on the order, The person came as Manager was told to the person to say sorry, which we don't need and not asked for that. Then another person came stating I am the Manager See how they are fooling customers Then given order, which was cold

Never faced this type of behavior in any other outlets

Burger King Review – From Great to Disappointing

There was a time when Burger King truly lived up to its name. The burgers were juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor — it was my go-to spot whenever I craved something satisfying. Unfortunately, things have changed, and not for the better.

Lately, the quality has really taken a hit, especially when ordering online. Every time I get my food delivered, it's either lukewarm or completely cold by the time it arrives. The fries are soggy, the buns feel stale, and overall, the meal just doesn’t taste like it used to.

It seems like there’s a big gap between the in-store experience and online orders. If you still want to enjoy Burger King, I’d strongly recommend eating at the store. The food is noticeably fresher and served the way it should be.

I really hope they work on improving the consistency, especially for online customers. It’s disappointing to see such a once-loved brand let the quality...

It became our go to place in Gajuwaka but yesterday for the first time after a long time the food made my stomach ache. I will unfortunately have to think twice before going here again next time. It really affected me throughout the night

I like that each table has a designated number which we can write when we order using the machine. I wish we knew somehow what food items are available and what are out of stock when ordering using the machine. It was a hassle for us (that took time) because we ended up ordering something not available anymore (we did get refund for the replacement we ordered which was not available anymore but still that is something to note)
