The management has to think why people come to cafe coffee day where they have to pay much more what they have to pay at other restaurants with similar ambience, service and food. The management has to reflect why are cafe coffee days always without people when other restaurants are having customers. We don't get even 10 percent of value in the food you offer for the money we pay. My intention is not to criticize but I hope you would think about the reality. You should think of the middle class which comprise nearly 80 percent of the population not the rich which comprise only 5 to 10 percent of the population. I think you are offering services to 10 percent not to the 80 percent. This is the reason you are making losses.
