Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet,no ac till you enter and request the staff by the time your drenched in sweat. Earlier, CCD staff used to provide hot water on request, but during my recent visit the staff flatly refused. When I asked why, the staff member stated that they are “not supposed to provide hot water to customers.” Upon questioning further, he raised his voice and very rudely told me, “We won’t provide hot water to you.”

This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a brand like CCD, where customer service should be a priority. It’s not just about refusing hot water, but the rude and disrespectful way in which it was handled. Such experiences really affect the goodwill of a place we otherwise visit for comfort and relaxation.

I hope the management looks into this and trains their staff to handle customers politely and...

The management has to think why people come to cafe coffee day where they have to pay much more what they have to pay at other restaurants with similar ambience, service and food. The management has to reflect why are cafe coffee days always without people when other restaurants are having customers. We don't get even 10 percent of value in the food you offer for the money we pay. My intention is not to criticize but I hope you would think about the reality. You should think of the middle class which comprise nearly 80 percent of the population not the rich which comprise only 5 to 10 percent of the population. Giving 2* for their good behaviour only. I purchased sandwiches, cheese toast, and a pastry there as takeaway. They were not good at all. The bread was hard and very dark brown in colour. It was close to burnt. We couldn't consume them and had to throw all the food. I'm giving 2 star only for their good behaviour and for that one pastry we could consume. Otherwise, it's 1star.
