Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at cube stop, and it was an unforgettable gastronomic experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warmth and elegance, setting the stage for what was to come.

I am surprised to see this place has earned a 4.6stars. On the 4th of Jan evening at 5.30pm we reached here while travelling towards Bengaluru.

Parking was good, a small play area for kids is available which is also good. But the main thing which is the washroom and food(specially kfc) were not good at all.

The men's washroom was not maintained and there was water on the floor. After ordering food from kfc, no one was bothered to even check what we had ordered. There was no AC inside kfc. After ordering the kfc person asked us to leave and said you can wait outside. But who is looking for the order?? We waited for 15-20 mins and asked them 4 times for the order. Later 1 person came and saw our bill and then started packing the food. When it was already available then why not pack the food?? Not only us, there were 5-6 more customers who were fed up with the service of kfc.

Then we came to our car and had our food. To my surprise it was the worst kfc chicken we had. Popcorn and crispy chicken was completely dry and chewy. I never had this experience in kfc earlier and this is our first time at cube stop, that we stopped and had food just to leave with a bad impression.

A lot needs to be managed and the management needs to look into it if they want to continue with their business. Food quality is first priority along with hygiene environment and...

We visited Cube Stop Highway Rest for dinner around 9 PM, drawn in by the positive reviews. To our surprise, the place felt eerily quiet—almost like a haunted spot—with no other customers around. We were the only ones dining, which was unexpected given the scale and facilities of the place.

Despite the silence, the location itself is impressive. It’s spread across a vast area and offers excellent amenities including clean washrooms, an EV charging station, a play area for kids, and outlets like KFC and a pizza counter. It’s clearly designed to be a full-service highway stop.

We ordered roti, chicken curry, and biryani. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful, but the standout was the Chitti Muthyalu Biryani—absolutely delicious and a must-try if you visit. Don’t miss it!
