To begin with, timings are not specified in the online. The opening times are UNPREDICTABLE. Customers' orders are being delivered very late (Too much delay). The quantity of starters is extremely limited, and the prices are expensive (unexpected). After placing an order, they came back and said that item has been delivered to online orders and is no longer available. They repeated trice when we ordered an item to eat. Mandi rice is the same in all varieties. (We had a discussion because our home Biryani rice is better than this, so why should we eat here?) The biggest comedy is here. We arrived at 7 p.m., and they began taking orders by 8.30 p.m., and we received our order plates to eat at 9.15 p.m., and by 9.30 p.m., they announced that it was closing time. Even after washing my hands with soap when I reach home, the turmeric powder from the items remained on my hands. They didn't even have hand soap. I believe they should conduct a survey before proceeding. Similar to how the other Mandi restaurants operate in terms of customer orders, response, payment types, and so on. Finally, the food is satisfactory (Ok good). In recent times, new restaurants have opened in Nellore, and we have high expectations. This is a reach falls low. I hope you come up and run well...

Dawat Arabic Family restaurant is a restaurant for non-lovers, but for me, it's a bit of a disappointment. I don't prefer non-veg on Thursdays and Saturdays, and it's quite funny that half the menu wasn't available. After waiting for nearly half an hour, we received only two items, and unfortunately, both were non-veg😞. The non-veg starters were just okay, and the baby corn was too wet and 🥵 for my taste.

Then came the veg mandi, which included fried rice with fried onions 🤔. After about 15 minutes, we received a non-veg mandi with Afghani chicken, two breast pieces, and some carrot and cucumber slices. We finally received another mandi for the remaining two people after waiting for about 45 to 55 minutes. The waiting time was too long, especially considering it was a Thursday.

The staff looked awesome but, unfortunately, I couldn't talk to them because they only spoke Hindi, which was bad luck for me. While eating, the birthday boy and his close friend had a moment. The birthday boy boasted that he could finish the dish we ordered, but in the end, he couldn't manage it.

Today (16/01/2025) I went to this Mandi Restaurant for Lunch with 4 members. Inside it is very suffocating, no proper ventilation. But because of hunger we have to stick to this restaurant only.

We Ordered Pepper Chicken as a Starter, it is nice and we thought to order Arabian Chicken Mandi but the waitress said that Mandi is not available instead she suggested to try chicken fry Mandi.

Dear people don't try that 'Chicken Fry Mandi' at any cost. The chicken was not at all cooked well inside, only the outer part is cooked. We were unsatisfied and ate that Mandi out of no choice.

I don't know about the remaining items. My suggestion to the management is kindly provide the photo of the dish along with the listed item, so that customers can have a view of the item that they're ordering.
