Dhaswins Food Garden — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I was a regular customer of food Garden since 2022. The food quality, price, service and ambience was good. Gradually the food quality got degraded and the managers did not attend us in an amicable way. Specially after starting the Mandi business, the quality of the regular restaurant has worsened. Moreover, the water glasses were also not provided. Last time I went with my family on 24th March and had a horrible experience. Very very bad food quality. No butter in paneer butter masala, kaju curry was painfully spicy and most of the items as per the menu card were not being served. I gave a true feedback and review here but I got a call from the Manager of food garden. He requested me to delete the comment and promised to give me a call in the 1st week of April with a highly improved service and food quality. I deleted the review. But till today I didn't receive any call. Stop making a mockery of the customers. It's high time that you start taking the regular customers seriously. FOOD GARDEN YOU HAVE NOT KEPT YOUR PROMISE. Terrible Experience! Found Insect in My Mushroom Biryani!

I am absolutely disgusted by the food I received from Food Garden. I ordered a Mushroom Biryani, expecting a pleasant meal, but instead, I was horrified to find an insect in the dish! This is completely unacceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of hygiene and quality control at this restaurant.

Not only did this completely ruin my appetite, but it also raises serious concerns about how food is being prepared and stored. It's outrageous that a restaurant claiming to offer quality food would allow something so unsanitary to happen. I trusted this place with my order, and they failed on the most basic standard: cleanliness.

I demand that the management take this issue seriously and ensure that such negligence never happens again. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I will never order from here again and will make sure to inform others about the appalling experience I had.
