First of all, the ACs were off and on top of that when i asked the staff they mentioned that theres a remote on your sitting area coach; please turn on(in a gentle tone but it was quite different service than we receive in other cafes).

And when I arrived, there was no staff in the counter to attend or greet the customer.

Second, they took the order wherein I ordered Virgin Mojito; they served me in a plastic cup 😂 which was hilarious. And quite surprisingly it was tasting like a orbit chewing gum or colgate with loads of minty flavour.

Was expecting better service but got disappointed with the crockery or the serving glasses they used.

Either Vizag had got limited options in Cafes or the choice of people is extremely poor. This place deserves to get some brownie points only for the ambience. Apart from that there is nothing glorious about this place. 1) Limited food options 2) Pathetic waiting times, better to place an order on Swiggy or Zomato, hands down they are way way faster, we waited up and above an hour for a mere hot chocolate and lime soda. 3) After waiting for a zillion minutes, they turn up to say, Lime soda isn't available anymore. Had a worst experience.. order mocha..some one in the counter taken the order.. we sat and waited for our order it's been 30 minutes but we are not served.the people who came after us got their order, when we asked the man in the counter he said I don't no about ur order.
