A Relaxing Stay at Flavours Restaurant by Manjeera Sarovar Premier
During our three-day stay at Flavours Restaurant by Manjeera Sarovar Premier, my colleague Kishore Kolluri and I had a pleasant experience overall, though there were some areas for improvement:
** Service Delays:** The service at the restaurant was notably slow, lacking proper Service Level Agreements (SLAs). There is room for improvement in streamlining and expediting service processes.
Varied Breakfast Spread: The breakfast spread offered over the three days was impressive with a wide range of options. However, service during breakfast hours was also sluggish, requiring attention to enhance the customer experience.
Room Service and Infrastructure: Room service lacked essentials like providing paper, and the room quality could be improved. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall stay experience.
Distance from City: The hotel is located quite far from the city center, making it more convenient for guests with their own vehicles rather than relying on ride-hailing services like Ola and Uber.
Tranquil Environment: Despite the shortcomings, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, with ample space for leisurely walks after dinner, making it an ideal spot for families to unwind.
In conclusion, while our stay at Flavours Restaurant by Manjeera Sarovar Premier was enjoyable, there is potential for enhancement in service efficiency, room amenities, and transportation accessibility. Addressing these areas would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience...
