Happened to visit this place over weekend. Heavily crowded with people for take away and Dine in. No need to mention about this place for people in and around Amalapuram. We reached the place around 9.30PM So couldn't order much.

Don't expect much from this place. Their ambience may not look great. Staff doesn't care much. They don't have card payment so no taxation and you can understand where this money goes 😉

My review is just for the items I had. Not sure about other items.

We started with Jafrani Chicken and Uravakay Chicken. Jafrani chicken looks like a drumstick stuffed with minced chicken into that and deep fried with some spices gets with a dip of Pudina Chutney. Overall it was Good not too spicy. Person who doesn't eat more spicy food can tolerate this easily. Uravakay chicken comes with Boneless chicken pieces tossed in spices and fruit paste called Uravakay. Overall it tastes well with few lemon drops on that. At last we got our Dilkhush Biryani with 3 big chicken legs and chicken pieces tossed in a pan with a flavoured juice on top. Plain biryani cooked separately and the curry got added over that. It can be easily consumed by 2 high appetite / 3 average appetite guys.

Overall I feel owners should focus on creating better impression from customers Not just delivering food. I am sure most of the people who visit this place had the same Feedback. Please keep checking other...

Extremely unfriendly and rude staff & poorly served food:

This restaurant has very poorly trained employees. Basic etiquette hasn’t been taught to them. They have two sections- Veg and Non veg . And when we came in, there was no one to let us know that Veg section is closed, it took us 15-20 mins to realise and figure it out ourselves.

And when we went to the non veg section, the employees were not even bothered to ask what we want. We were patiently waiting since it was quite late and we were hungry. And we had to wait for 20-30 mins and repeatedly ask him to clear the table which was used by earlier customers.

Talking about the quality of the food - there’s nothing impressive to mention. And food won’t be served hot, it’s served absolutely late and you would lose interest to eat!

A Decent place to dine-in in Amp that need improvements to be better. A little bit late service but acceptable. Need infrastructure improvements.

Veg hot sour soup-2* (no fried noodle provided as it is out of stock) Zafrani kebab -5* ( it is awesome . I will give 5+) Hyd dum biryani -4*(decent enough to be one of the local best, They did good marination)

Cons which need to be corrected: Proper taxation and billing service is needed. No card payment is available. They are charging more than mrp for soft drinks and water bottle which is a violation. Finger bowl is not provided for me on 15-02-2022 If some ingredient is out of stock, manager/waiter should inform the customer in front rather than bringing the dishes
