Haritha Hotel APTDC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I travelled from aptdc from tirupati to hyderabad and this is the worst restaurent i had ever seen. I mean i am shocked that AP govt undertaken restaurant are so bad and ugly.

Firstly i saw a stick wrapped with cover in the bathroom which was being used as their was no tap. And the bathroom condition is worst. No proper water coming from taps.

Secondly the food is already made and kept in hot pack when i had it was not hot as well. Their are only a bunch of 7 people handling the whole Restaurent. Delay in surving food. Ordered jeera rice buttermilk. Milk that was used was burnt milk. No hygiene in kitchen no gloves no head cap. I saw the chef cleaning his sweat and then using the same handes for heating chapati.

Its not just me the whole bus people who had to face all this. And the bus driver litrally told me that he had no choice as he need to stop as per aptdc orders. He was facing this since years. And told me to raise a complaint. This is a shame to aptdc that their own employes are not satisfied and they are suggesting their tourists to raise a complaint as they are helpless.

The handler of the restaurant guy just said sorry and told that he wont repeat this but i dont think this is the first time he said this dialogue to someone.

I request aptdc and food safety to take actions on this restaurant as this is not just ome tourist facing this...

We 10 members are visited the vontimitta and stayed night in this hotel. Evening snacks was prepared at that time. Manager is very friendly and he asks us about dinner we say we need veg thali and he prepared it within 30minutes and food is amazing with low cost. If you want fried rice and chapathi also available. Morning break fast is also good. Totally budget friendly hotel but this place needs some renovation. Only four rooms available and garden is not maintained well and at the night time lights are not working on the way to rooms. Coming to rooms , rooms looks good but lack of maintainence TV is not working , fan also very noisy , AC and geyser...

We stopped here for dinner from tirupati to hyderabad. Worst food and had only limited menu to choose from in which they gave chapati and serving with same raita ( included more of water ) and some veg curry to other rice items as well. Washbasins were very bad. Worst hygiene. Gave the same review to the hotel management as well. Wouldn’t recommend any kind of transport to halt here. Instead we can wait a bit or eat dinner early than stopping at haritha...
