Lousy food and even worse service! The only good point about this spot ( doesn't deserve to be called a highway restaurant ) is it's bang on the highway. I reached here @ 8pm last saturday driving back from Hyd - Blr and thought it's the right time and spot for a dinner. The time was right the spot was definitely NOT! I ordered a Fresh lime soda as it was a hot evening ; it never arrived! Instead they plonked a bottle of water! I had ordered a Kadai Mutton and tandoori rotis ( after checking if it's made with Atta ) . The kadai mutton gravy was good but the chef had tossed in only rib bones and a bit of fat with not a hint of mutton pieces. The bummer was the rotis were maida and not atta! Now for the service, or lack of it.the food was brought and left on a serving board and nobody bothered to check which table it is meant for! After a 10 min wait, I asked the serving person and he yelled out to some other guy dressed in a security guard uniform. This guy picked the dish and went around to the 3 other tables trying to serve. The other tables refused and it landed back in the serving board. I was trying to catch the attention of the waiter but he was more keen to watch the movie on the big screen and die to the loud volume, he couldn't hear me even though I was only 10 feet away. Finally he took it back to the kitchen and brought it to serve me and by then it had passed through at least 6-7 hands. Absolutely no hygiene! I asked for a cold water bottle since the fresh lime aoda never arrived. The bottle came with out a serving glass and this was how it was served even to tables with 6-8 guests. The restaurant charges premium rates ( roti is Ra 50 each!) but hygiene is comparable to a roadside hawker. The quality is worse! The rotis were like papad and made of maida. Not sure how the other restaurants in this area fare, but I will never eat here again. They don't accept cards, only...

Dear Hyderabad Chefs Management,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant on 10th August 2024 . Despite spending INR 2500, the experience was far below acceptable standards.
Issues Encountered: Service: The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. We had to wait over 30 minutes just to place our order, and the staff ( person named Chinna ) was unresponsive and inattentive. Food Quality: The food was subpar and did not match the descriptions on the menu. Several dishes were cold, undercooked, and lacked flavour. Cleanliness: The dining area was not clean. Tables were sticky, and the overall hygiene of the restaurant was questionable. Ambiance: The ambiance was ruined by loud, inappropriate music and poor lighting, making it an uncomfortable dining experience.
Given the high cost, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this visit has left me extremely dissatisfied and unlikely to return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better service and quality for future customers.
Pro's : Nothing
Con's :
I recommend a big " No " for any new explorers.
Sincerely, Shanmukha...

The place has a dedicated open celebration hall with a TV, perfect for casual dine-ins or mini gatherings. There's also a cozy VIP lounge-style cubicle that comfortably seats 15–20 people, ideal for private celebrations.
Ample parking, clean washrooms, and vibrant evening lighting make it a convenient and inviting hangout spot. But here’s the best part for us from ATP – it’s the chai stall outside. We often take a 15-minute ride just to sip on that tea and munch samosas with friends. It’s become our little chai adda, where conversations flow as easily as the tea.
Coming to the food – yes, the prices are slightly on the higher side, but the portions are generous. They also assured us no added food colors, which is a big plus. We’ve tried a variety of dishes and loved most of them. Our absolute favorite is the Gongura Mutton Biryani – a must-try!
There's always a crowd, so be prepared for a short 5–10 minute wait. But honestly, it’s worth it for the food and the vibe. Whether it’s family dinners, catching up with friends, or just an evening chai session — Hyderabad Chefs is totally worth the...
