No one needs a comment on KFC for everyone knows what it is. However, people would be interested to go through reviews before opting for a particular outlet especially regarding the service and atmosphere. It's a nice place on the side of the service road. But I don't think that you have a great parking facility, you just park in front of the store. For bikes it's convenient and I don't think that it's great for 4 wheelers. I had ordered a take away and it took me more than half an hour to pack for me, though they said sorry for the delay. I don't know if that's the regular thing there. Again my combo included the Pepsi and I asked them how would I carry the Pepsi in take away. They said they will pack nicely with plastic and so on. But they gave me Pepsi in a disposable tray which I was not able to carry. And the take away should have a carry bag that has a handle or else how would you hang it on a hook or a clip. I had to carry that combo box just as it is on a bike along with two glasses of Pepsi. I had asked them in advance about carrying the Pepsi. If they had told me clearly I could have avoided the Pepsi. And then what happened? I had to throw away the Pepsi as I had no way...

I usually donāt write reviews, but this experience at KFC Tadepalli left me truly disappointedāand concerned.
For context, I was associated with Yum! International and Devyani International back in 2004ā2005, so Iāve seen firsthand the high standards KFC was built on. Sadly, this outlet is a far cry from that legacy.
I waited over 30 minutes for my order. Only one staff member was trying to handle everything. Another person, possibly the manager, looked completely disinterestedālike he had just woken up.
No hair nets. Flip-flops in the kitchen. Cleanliness? Non-existent. Public highway restrooms are better maintained.
But hereās the thingāI donāt hold anything personally against the staff. If anything, I feel sorry for them. They looked overwhelmed, unsupported, and set up to fail. This reflects poor management, understaffing, and a total disregard for operational standards.
This isnāt just a bad day at one outletāitās a sign of how far the brand has fallen. If this continues, KFC in India is headed for a slow and sad exit.
Extremely disappointed.

My first experience with this store was disappointing as I was served with a half sized chicken piece in the classic zinger burger. The manager was courteous enough to replace my burger but instead I received a soggy zinger burger in return. Moreover the quality of food and service is not on par with most kfc stores. Apart from that, used trays / food waste on the tables are not attended for a long period of time and on insistence even if the trays are cleared, the food crumbs left on the table are not cleaned, thereby making the dine-in experience terrible. Edit: After my review, the store manager Sirish was very much determined to resolve the issues and things actually changed a lot. Kudos to him. I like the store a lot better now than before.
Edit: so the previous manager got transferred and the new and subsequent staff have absolutely no clue about running the store and the food they serve and deliver is the reason why the ratings...
