KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC, and I strongly urge others to avoid this outlet.

I placed an order at 8:51 PM, but the delivery partner was only assigned around 9:20 PM. Then I was told there were no delivery agents available, and I’d have to come pick it up myself. Just two minutes later, the manager called and promised the order would be delivered in 10 minutes. That delivery never happened.

Out of frustration, I personally visited the Sujatha Nagar branch. The manager was completely unhelpful and dismissive, telling me to “contact customer care” for a refund. When I contacted customer care, they told me to go to the branch to collect the order instead.

When I returned to the store again, they told me there was an audit going on, so they couldn’t give me the order or a refund. I was then told to come back another day.

I asked at least for a refund—but was flatly told "no refunds, only the item will be given." This is absolutely ridiculous.

The management is irresponsible, communication is misleading, and no one is accountable. This level of service is unacceptable from a global brand like KFC. Think twice before ordering from this branch—your time and money are not...

Double down burger 240/- it is pretty nice with fried chicken slices in place of burger and little mix of 2 sauces and 1/4th spoon of veggies (I think it's less than 1/4th. Nothing as shown picture. Litrly felt like 2 chicken slices are sticked and served). But it is a good item though.

Major issue -oil : oh god what oil have you been using? How many times are you re using? Chicken tastes like bad oil. -time of prep: when we asked, they literally brought out of some sort of warmer and served us. They are preparing a bulk batch in the morning and storing it in the warmer. Now the question is, is that chicken really done today? Because the branch I went to has less ppl around, less orders will come yet big batches were there and it's not even weekend/holiday. No ac/fan/drinking water/water to wash from taps

Only +ve: U can go there, take the cheapest item possible and sit there for hours. Nobody will question you because they don't get any...

It’s a known fact that KFC is loosing its reputation due to its lacking quality in food and standard of service, this store has become an example to strengthen the same. The store staff lacks seriousness in customer experience that indeed is equally important as the food they serve. The store has 4 cassette air conditioners in which only ONE works and all the customers pool-in while they savour which is quite uncomfortable forcing us to sweat in this sultry summer. Highly disappointed and frustrating. It’s so hilarious that the store has to keep their entrance doors the for air to circulate. It’s embarrassing on their part and also the customer is being charged the bill including all the amenities. Order takes a lot of time. The store could do better in...
