KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I was on my way from Hyderabad to Bangalore along with my family on the 31st of August, 2021.

Knowing that there was a KFC in Ananthapur, I decided to break for Lunch there.

Me and my family love KFC and have been regular customers ever since it opened in Hyderabad.

Given the very high standards that KFC has always maintained and known for.

My experience with this particular restaurant was not a very Happy one, to say the least.

Eventhough the food was of the high standard that one expected from KFC, the maintenance of the restaurant was a huge letdown.

There were a lot of flies and the Pestomatic was not effective in containing them, it was also located near the disposal bin and close to the washroom rather than being close to the tables.

The maintenance of the washrooms, both for men and women (being located on the national highway, it was one of the most important, if not, the primary reason for taking a break) was a complete shock, and left a lot to be desired, it may be the only reason, why I personally may not dine there, going forward.

There was another problem with the washroom, this has to do with the flooding of the washroom (this comment was from my spouse).

The tables were not cleared in time (I generally clear the food trays after my meal and dispose the leftovers into the waste disposal bin) leading to a very dirty looking restaurant as one steps into it.

I also noticed that there was no running water at the wash basin and a small bucket of water was kept there for the purpose of washing one's hands.

Other than for the food, which we all love, there is no reason to stop at the restaurant and if things do not improve, it is a place...

The instance when I heard that KFC is opening in Anantapur, I was so excited. But after I consumed the stuff worth 600 bucks, I regret my decision to consume again in my life from KFC ANANTAPUR. Because, There are some critical points one need to consider before trying out.

Taste : The taste of the KFC Anantapur differs 90 percent, which is WORST, from the original one. (Ref places: Vijayawada, Chennai) and made my day sick due to this. Quantity and Quality: Your taste of food, which is worst than Five star chicken near Tower clock and I can get the stuff for just 300 rupees at Five star chicken, where you bill the same stuff for over 600 ruppes and additional taxes. I got some a bad smell from chicken pieces, while I was consuming the stuff 🤢🤢🤢.

Finally,

If any one wants to try KFC for the first time don't do that in Anantapur, it will definitely ruin your opinion on KFC. So try it somewhere else.

If you can't go to other city or can't wait. I recommend you to go for the "Kuku Fried Chicken" in Sai nagar 7th cross, Anantapur. Which deliveres the food more tasty and a bit spicy and price of the food is reasonable when compared to the...

"Disappointing Experience"

I recently visited the KFC outlet in Anantapur, expecting the usual finger-lickin' good food. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown.

Pros:

Convenient Location: The outlet is easily accessible, located near the city center.

Cons:

Slow Service: The service was extremely slow, with long wait times for orders.

Food Quality Issues: My meal was lukewarm, and the chicken was overcooked.

Unhygienic Conditions: The dining area was not clean, with trash scattered around.

Limited Menu Options: The outlet didn't have some of the popular KFC menu items available.

Lazy staffs.
