Worst staff and worst behaviour Today(18/6/2025) Me and my friends went to eat tandoori Zinger Combo which includes burger ,chicken wings ,french fries and pepsi.After paying and waiting ,our food came but french fries was not there..so we informed and they said theyll bring it in 5 mins..So as we were starving and couldnt just stare to our food and wait for fries we started ..After completing the meal also they didint bring french fries . So when we went to address this issue they said they have already given and why we are asking again ??? I cant believe they said this to my face .. They even went to our table to check whether we ate it or not ..!! Felt embrassed and disguited by their service especially the lady server was eyeballing us like we were some culprits..We said to check their cameras and they didnt do nothing and where just eyeballing us !!! Like to post an irresponsible response on a failed transaction. on 7th June I walked in and made an order of 1046 and paid thrugh gpay. which was declined for 3 times but the amount is deducted from account. The same is not reversed to my account inspite of repeated reminders for past 4 months. There is no response inspite i shared my bank account statements for all these days that refund is not done. Really fed up with the response from their finance team and finally i lost additional 1046 x 3 for a purchase of Rs.1046. I strongly suspect their financial accounting and I had never seen this nature of irreversible refund to a failed transactions. I deserve a refund of Rs.1046 x 3 times refund to my account. Worst KFC experience. I visited this place in mid November for lunch. I was traveling from Araku to Ooty at that time. On the counter it was clearly mentioned that drinking water would be made available on request. I placed my order and told them to bring me some water. The receptionist told me she would come back in a few moments. Even after several reminders, she didn't. So when I asked her about the same, she went on telling me about being short staffed and overworked and all that lies. Seriously, only 5 groups were there at max. And this was their response. I rarely eat out at outlets like KFC, McD and Dominos coz they are overpriced and low on quality and quantity. Burger King is somewhat...
