KFC has always been a go-to for my fried chicken cravings, and my recent visit was largely satisfying, earning it a solid four stars. The moment you walk in, that unmistakable aroma of their eleven herbs and spices hits you, instantly setting the mood. I opted for a classic Zinger Burger meal with some hot wings, and the chicken, as expected, was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside – that signature flavor is truly unmatched. The Zinger had a nice kick, and the hot wings delivered on their promise of spice. The service was prompt and efficient, even during a busy lunch hour. The staff were polite, and my order was accurate, which is always appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating. My only minor quibble, and the reason it’s not a five-star review, is that the fries were a little on the cooler side this time, and not as crispy as I've had them before. I visited KFC Proddatur and ordered Crispy Tandoori Zinger Meals. My order arrived after around 15 minutes, which was fine, but when I requested tissues before starting my meal, the staff said there were none available and someone had gone to collect them. They suggested I start eating and assured they would provide tissues soon.

I finished my meal, went for handwashing, and again requested tissues — but I got the same answer. I directly asked them to call the manager, and the staff called R. Mani. Instead of addressing the issue politely, the manager scolded the staff in front of me and seemed irritated about being called to speak with a customer. She asked me to wait 2 minutes for tissues, but they still didn’t arrive.

During this conversation, the staff also mentioned that this tissue shortage had been going on since morning, meaning multiple customers faced the same problem that day.

While missing tissues may seem like a small thing, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Basic customer needs should be available at all times, and managers should resolve issues with courtesy, not...

Worst maintenance ever in a multinational food giant . never expected this from KFC India. In this restaurant nothing works neither air conditioning works nor the all menu available. It’s been 6 months or so there is no maintenance nothing. Even anyone asks about that staff tells “sir AC is in repair.” It seems the mechanic is in bachelors so after his graduation as his first project he may do that. Even if I ask for all chicken box (my favourite in KFC) they tell “sir we don’t have that in our menu and price yet to update.” So from 6 months the price is getting updated I guess or so. Couple of days ago I had all chicken box in KFC Jalandhar in Model Town they had this in there menu I guess it’s not KFC then. Finally it’s not the place for recreation or to hangout with friends.
