KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

When we enter into KFC we expect some Basic hospitality from the employees. Yesterday when i have visited for the first time no one was in the counter and none of them were responding and taking interest in taking orders. After waiting in counter for 10 Min and shouting finally some person came with zero interest without even greeting and the way she was giving answers to other customers was very rude and reckless behavior. When KFC is set up in such small towns they must be ready to guide the customers properly. So the experience is extremely worst and even the food was very Bad. when we are ordering anything if they are providing dips like mayo they must inform us that they are chargeable, but without even telling anything they gave us 4 dips and charged 80. At last, we have KFC Open in Bhimavaram. I like KFC food and after trying out KFC in multiple countries, now I got a chance to taste it in my home town. I went there yesterday and following is my feedback.

Pros :

1. Affordable menu.
2. Nice and cozy place to hang out.
3. Nice parking space.

Cons :

1. Huge waiting time in queue. Mainly because the sales person is serving the people who are not in Queue.
2. Compared to other KFC restaurants, choice of Dips is less.
3. Food is not at all hot. After that much amount of time in queue, you feel perthitic after receiving food which is not hot. Especially the stone cold fries will test your patience.
4. Dine in is a no no for now. I have spent some one hour there. But i didnt find anyone cleaning the table.

In review, due diligence. No proper hygiene and sanitation, no proper air-conditioning, lot of flies in store, specially in noon times. Not allowing kitchen tour or kitchen checking, wether they are following SOP 's or not. Carry away soft drinks are not offered carry case and also lids for the paper glasses does not fit correct. The quantity of the soft drink is not brimmed up. And there are multiple multiple things which can be pointed.

The rest room is not properly maintained and complete hand wash and table near the hand wash are completely wet due to absence of air hand drier (high speed) or hand napkins. No cleaning of entrance glass periodically, people are un educated or not bothered about the quality and the sanitary practices followed by this store.
