KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

It has to be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve ever visited, I’ll explain it in detail of as much as possible, this was run by bunch of young girls both at the counter taking orders and in the kitchen who are just playing around inside out without taking orders properly and doing extremely poor customer service, every table has the food trays with leftover food left on the table, the sight of it was so bad, we had to move the food trays ourselves to make way for us to sit, I went to order and asked for the dine-in of peri peri bucket, and burger meal the girl at the counter says lettuce is not available but want to still charge the entire amount, straight away she says we can’t dine-in even though we have more than 30 mins left to closing! Ordered a soft drink along with the meal, it took a while for us to get our food, didn’t get the peri peri chicken but the normal chicken, soft drink fountain was so bad without any taste, I went back and asked for the proper drink and they agreed to take it and provided a new one with some dissenting! Worst staff, no one at billing counter waited for more than 5 mints f9r some one to attend, finally i saw a lady inside amd asked her to take the order, she refused to take the order and asked me to wait for 15 mints as all the staff went for lunch i asked her why dont you take the order she said i dont know i am from kitchen section, finally after 10 mints another lady came to take my order and she is taking help of the lady who refused to take my order initially by saying i am from kitchen, i told she doesn't know how to take the order why you are asking her help then the lady started arguing with me and said if you don't want you can leave from the store, so respect towards customer which is not expected from KFC staff, I dont recommended this branch who expect a decent service when you...

The place is empty, food quality and quantity is very poor and the service is the worst. Employees charge cheese and dipping sauces for a fee without informing the customers. The chicken is half cooked as shown in the pictures, and the burgers are hard with a little piece of tender in it. The food is served with no gloves on, bare hands. Mary Jones who served me - was very rude, showed no respect while taking the order nor serving the food. Quality and hygiene inspection should be done at this location.
