Krishna Kalyani Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Review for Sampradaya (opp Just for you store) I have visited them quite a few times in the last couple of months. Their chicken manchow soup is good, make sure you ask for the noodles to be served separately, so incase they are soggy you can avoid them and enjoy the soup. I love their Paneer Tikka and Crunchy chicken. Their cheese kunafa is also decent, though sometimes they burn the base or just soak sugar syrup on one of the 4 parts :( I ordered Biryani once, but got pulao with fried chicken with very less salt. (Don't remember the name of that dish).Though the rice was good, it's not biryani. So make sure you ask details before you order. Some localities mentioned their other branch "Krishana Kalyani" serves better biryani than "Sampradaya". Today I had ordered veg Manchuria (not my first time) - the taste was not the usual. When I turned the mobile light I realized they burned the Manchuria and carefully garnished it to be served. Very bad. If a batch is burnt, you discard it, you should not serve such food.

Tip to customers --- make sure you demand such food to be changed. Unless ofcourse some of them on the table already finished their serve. It's your right to get good food when you pay.

The choice place in Mandapeta for Biryani. Although the price seems too much, people never seemed to mind it. But, lately, I found out something worth notice in there. I always ordered Fry-bit Biryani and the taste was sumptuous. Just two weeks back, I bought Dum Biryani instead and found it was terrible. The pieces were okay okay, but the rice was totally horrendous, major spoilsport being the over-fried onion peels. I had an insipid taste all over my mouth whil eating it. But, I had it all, may be out of respect for the restaurant. I don't know. They never disappointed me before. But, this time, it was a bad experience. No matter if it's only batch of Biryani, if it's spoiled, the whole reputation of the restaurant would be questioned. I want this review to reach them so they can make sure this would...

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. The service was extremely disappointing – the staff were inattentive, unprofessional, and not at all welcoming. We had to wait a long time just to get someone’s attention for basic things like water and order taking.

The food was equally bad. It was served cold, lacked freshness, and tasted nowhere close to what was expected. The presentation was poor, and it felt like very little effort was put into quality.

On top of that, the staff’s behavior made the entire experience even worse. Instead of being polite and responsive, they seemed careless and disinterested, as if customers didn’t matter at all.

Overall, from the service to the food and staff attitude, everything was below standard. Definitely not a place I would recommend, and I won’t...
