First thing - I waited for 38 minutes for my order. When asked, they said that the chef was on lunch break !! Really? And no other chef can serve that dish. Second thing - special chicken Biryani? Chilli chicken placed in between 2 layers of Biryani rice. The taste was so good that I had to stop myself from eating and get the rest parceled to give it someone. I'm sure that person will hate me for this. Third thing - staff. The guy who took my order has no clue that the chef was on break. Has no clue that my order is getting delayed. I had to walk 2 times to the counter, asking for my order. Initially I've asked him to change my chair and get a chair with cushion but he didn't. I had to drag the chair by myself. Finally, this place is on a highway and that's the reason why they are surviving. If you ask me, hold your hunger a little and find a better place to eat.

Amazon Kitchens - Sorry but the bitter truth is, you guys disappointed a hungry customer both with your hospitality and with the...

By the time we reached, it was close to closing time. So we understand we couldn’t spend more time or get everything on the menu. Food was ok but the reason I gave 1 rating is for Service and attitude of people working there. We ordered decent number of items, as it was closing time, the person who took order came back after few mins and said it’s not available, which is fine but, when we checked bill, it was added to the bill. When having main course, we asked for onion and lemon, they said, Kitchen is closed. Coz it’s something which need not be cooked, we requested, the person who was took our order went to the back and the way he said behind our back wasn’t quite pleasant. Oh yeah! We could hear what he said Since it was closing time, every group on other tables was leaving as soon as they finished. we were the last group. But the people who worked there left lights on, above other tables and switched off couple of lights above our table. It wasn’t a good experience at...

We had lunch on Sunday in Amazon ktchens food was very good but the service is very very late and AC is not provided it's too hot .only one fan is provided near the table it's also not working properly. went for lunch 12.30 pm we came out at 3pm only 3 members ( waiters) are there for all the tables they r not able manage properly.if they increase staff it would be better for customer service Gobi manchuria 5* baby corn Manchuria 4*( very spicy but tasty) mashroom chilly 3* Tandoori paneer 3*

Masala kulcha 4* Panner butter masala 5* Kaju curry 5* Egg biryani 4* taste is good but little sticky rice overall food is good.

Need to improve the service. Staff is not sufficient to serve. We have to followup behind the waiters for the ordered items bcoz they forgot to place the order to chefs. for that dealy we cancelled the some items. They r taking too much time to give the order . We r giving For the service 1* it's more than enough. (Only...

This place is 30min drive on way to Anantapur from Kurnool. One can go for a long drive or if you are on travel, you can hop in for lunch or dinner. I am not sure if they serve breakfast. "EAT GOOD, FEEL GOOD" is what you will find on Menu card. I must say they have lived to it 100%. It's a simple cozy ambience with seating capacity of about 30 to 40 people and some external seating as well. There is place for kids to play too. Coming to food, we ordered Mutton Soup, Kamju Fry, Pepper Fried Chicken, Golden Crispy Corn, Gongura Chicken, Butter Naan and Sambar Rice. Every single item was tasting at its best. Mutton Soup when I saw I was little skeptical how it would taste going by color of it. But was really happy after tasting. So you can happily plan your halt as per your convenience. Service was quick and fast too. So enjoy the good time with family and friends.

So, the it is on the high and is a supremely big space with a bathroom, place to wash hands, garden, parking and a great kitchen. The portion sizes were nice for the cost and there are some amazing food items on the menu which you should try like the ragi puttu and kaju panner. It was rich and creamy. The rotis are nice, the location is to die for make sure you are there when it's not dark so you can enjoy the view while sipping in some tea or coffee. The chicken and mutton dishes were great too. I wish it was close to my place so I could actually go there for some good nicely made food with a view. It is going to a spot to eat whenever I am on a Hyderabad - banglore trip . Never wanna miss a chance of having some good refreshingly simple yet tasty food while on road. Glad I found it.

We stopped at Amazon Kitchens on our way back from Bangalore to Hyderabad, for a quick meal. It is conveniently located on NH 44, about 20 kms from Kurnool city. Our search for a decent and clean place ended when we came across this restaurant, about 8 mins from the toll booths before Kurnool. They have a good variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian choices on their menu, which offers Andhra, North Indian and Chinese dishes. They also serve tea and coffee, which is a boon to travellers looking for a hygienic place to refresh themselves. The food was good to taste. We ordered Paneer butter masala, dal tadka, egg 65, omelette, phulkas, butter naan and biryani rice. The egg 65 is highly recommended. Toilets were clean, and so it gave us an overall good stop over at the highway.
