New Murari A/c A Multicuisine Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

A Very bad experience for me, I bought a chicken Dum Biryani🍜, I got my food in delayed, I started to taste my tummy Biryani, I got huge masala, and very little piece of chicken that's also only 2, I finished my first served food🍽, I took my remaining food from serving bowl, OMG 😱 I got I seen that , rice is floating in flood of red oil. I called wait and shown the excessive oil, he took my food bowl back to kitchen, he cleared all existing food and filed with white rice. And he thirteen that white rice ( instead of biryani) , I started having that white rice in the name of Biryani 😕,, 😫😫😫 I hate to eat biryani from that moment 😰, I finished my plate, because I don't want to waste my money 190 . For that only reason I cleared my plate and came out. 😡 A big good bye to that Murari restaurant . Above stated incident was happened on 25th May 2019. 02.04PM. here is my bill no.11175. final touch up onion raita was too salty.. I forgot to take while the biryani is swimming...

I have edited my rating from 5 to 1 . Its totally worest experience with Murari restaurant. If we are ordering biryani rice for delivery they are pre heating yesterdays biryani and sending , day by day they are not caring for the quality and the name of the restaurant. One more bad experience was they have charged 25/- for water bottle even though the MRP on the bottle was 20/- the guy at the counter was young and he was talking very rude. Don't raise your voice...

I ordered boneless chicken biryani but I got bones in it and human hair aswel I left food,few days back I ordered paneer biryani family pack in veg they added eggs aswl due to weekdays my family members not able to eat when I call back and explain the situation they said by mistake we add next time we take care.worst experience while taking good price maintain some better quality food. My suggestion better not prefer...
