Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended (Would have given zero rating possible) 📍 Visited from Hyderabad

We had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant.

Found hair in both the curry and lemon – a serious hygiene issue that’s simply unacceptable.

Staff behavior was rude and dismissive, with a complete lack of courtesy towards customers.

Service was painfully slow – even a simple order like roti took over 30 minutes to arrive.

Overall, this visit was a huge letdown in terms of food quality, hygiene, and service.

The Nice restaurant is located in a very prime area in bapatla town. Actually this restaurant is on the 2nd floor at chirala Bus stop. The food is fantastic and the quality is also good.I ordered starters for chicken 65, chilli prawns and dinner for special chicken biryani all items are really super taste.the interior is very much Trendy look . Unfortunately, my recent stay at a nice restaurant i was disappointing. While the ambiance was pleasant, the service fell short of expectations. Our waiter seemed inattentive and unfriendly, which affected our overall dining experience.

The food was also a letdown. One of the dishes had an overwhelming amount of turmeric, making it inedible. What's more, I was shocked to find a hair in my food, which was completely unacceptable.
