This restaurent is not for cake cuttings and celebrating bdays , even the restaurent supervisor said that in his words , if youre in a hurry then its not your choice ,

I've been there with my family to celebrate my cousins b'day on 30th march 2025 i.e , sunday night ! We've just handover the frozen ice cream to the staff and mentioned to store it on the freezer , and then we decided to order some food , the starter came in 40 mins approx and biryani came in 1 hour 10 mins exactly , and then we just ordered some drinks , the drinks came in 20 mins after which we completed the whole food , then we decided to celebrate the bday after paying the bill.so we order the staff to bring our cake , so the cake which we just gave returned back melted , fully watered , we decided to complaint on the staff and supervisor , the supervisor explained after the conversation that the restaurent is not good of cutting cakes and fridge is not cool enough to store cake , there is no manager at our supervision , and there is not complaint box there , If they tell me that its not good for celebrating bday then we decided not to enter the resto , and food is not upto mark and staff is...

The taste used to be good , the service used to be good , orange restaurant was a good place to have a mouthful stuff but lately it lost it’s charm.. the food is bad so does the service. They do a lot of unnecessary stuff than doing what customers really need.. they charge extra pricing on water bottles and drinks and they don’t have any answer if we question on them. The service is also not good, there is no single point of contact if we try to order.. if we want to order we have to wait for the guy who takes the order and pathetically only one or two handle all tables and also all the waiting brings nothing.. Me and my friends went to this restaurant, we ordered chicken biryani and it is not that much expected, the salt content is more in biryani and the chicken pieces we got those are seems to be stored in refrigerator, we don't know how many days they are stored in it, but after eating those pieces we are experienced that "it is hard and no taste present in it".
