I recently had an extremely disappointing visit to this bakery, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others. The overall experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, mainly due to the exorbitant prices and the shockingly rude behavior of the staff. I would strongly advise potential customers to stay away from this bakery.

First and foremost, the prices at this bakery were simply unjustifiable. I was taken aback by the staggering cost of their products, which far exceeded the average prices of similar items in other shops in ongole. It was evident that they were attempting to take advantage of unsuspecting customers by inflating their prices, leaving me feeling cheated and deceived.

Moreover, the attitude of the staff were nothing short of appalling. They seemed to lack the most basic understanding of customer service and failed to treat people with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Instead of providing a welcoming and pleasant environment, they displayed outright rudeness, making me question their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is disheartening to encounter a bakery where the sole focus seems to be maximizing profits at the expense of customer well-being. I believe a business should prioritize providing high-quality products at fair prices while delivering exceptional service. Regrettably, this bakery falls far short of meeting those expectations.

Very nice. It is located in Lawyer Pet, which is the most convenient centre in Ongole and nearly to Sai Baba Temple. Separate parking place is also available.

Today I visited this place to buy cakes for my kids. I was holding my 18 months old kid in hand and was about to enter the bakery. There was a tall standing fan kept at the entrance with cover mesh has wide open . This gap can easily fit my hand completely. My 18 months old kid kept her hand unknowingly and couple of fingers were severely injured with nails broken completely.

When I asked the bakery guys about safety, they laughed and said it is custom responsibility. They can’t afford AC for customers but make money out of our blood. This is the kind of customer service they give. Such bakery should be sued.
