My recent dining experience at R One Punjabi Dhaba left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. From the moment we entered, it became apparent that the establishment's customer service was sorely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, failing to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The frustration only deepened as we were subjected to an unexpectedly long waiting period. Our anticipation turned to impatience as the minutes ticked by without any updates or acknowledgment of the delay. It was clear that proper management of the restaurant's operations was sorely lacking.

When our food finally arrived, any remaining hope for redemption quickly vanished. The dishes were a far cry from the authentic and flavorful Punjabi cuisine that we had anticipated. The flavors were dull, the presentation was lackluster, and the overall quality was disheartening.

It's evident that R One Punjabi Dhaba is in dire need of serious improvement across all aspects of its establishment. The lack of effective management is a glaring issue that has a cascading effect on the overall dining experience. Customers should not have to endure such disappointments, and I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate steps to rectify these issues.

In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend R One Punjabi Dhaba to fellow diners based on the unfortunate experiences we encountered. A reevaluation of their customer service, wait times, food quality, and management practices is not only recommended but essential if they wish to regain the trust of their patrons and provide a more enjoyable dining experience...

This is again one of the new restaurants popping up all over Guntur with spectacular interior design but terrible food and service. Most of the investment clearly went into the building.

The restaurant needs to invest more into the kitchen to justify its prices and match up to the upscale restaurant that it wants to make itself out to be.

The service was lacking and slow. Right off the bat, the service makes no effort to hide the fact that you, the customer, are an inconvenience to them.

The food was incredibly spicy. Standard recipes like a butter chicken and dal tadka were wildly off the mark and laden with an ungodly amount of chillies.

This is no “punjabi dhaba”. This is an over-ambitious college canteen.

To have a steady growth of returning customers, the restaurant needs to cut down the menu to a focused list of dishes done right, cut the fluff like the mocktail bar and get the food right instead, bring in chefs who know the proper recipes, and train their waiting staff. Firstly the people who are serving there are arguing among themselves that who will have to go and take order and I feel that they are not happy to receive the guests

I ordered lemon coriander soup which is below average.

Then i have order for Panner roll which came after 15 mins. If I talk about taste, rolls we get in bakery is far better than this restaurant.

And now the final dish which is the most pathetic one, it has no taste, not fresh, and only mayonnaise.

Actually i have asked for crispy fried chicken then the person who is taking order said Chicken Shangrilla is their best selling and very good in taste so I have ordered it. But when I tasted it I realized that they have pushed it to me bcoz someone must was ordered and cancelled as it is cold and tasteless. I Have asked for replacement then serving staff started behaving with cheap behavior.
