Dear Rasapurna Management, I shifted to Vizag a few months ago and the city has been welcoming. But the experience with your outlet has been one of the worst experiences in Vizag. Here are the issues I've faced:

1. While the staff is polite the cashier and staff managers are rude
2. The food is given as per quantity but the pricing is not. Many times when asked for half portion, less than half is given at more at than half the price. I think half quantity should be charged at half the price.
3. The management treats the feedback very casually just because I can't speak Telugu.
4. Most items on the menu are very spicy, the kind of spicy which will give anyone problems if later stage of life. If you keep healthy please avoid the food here

I don't think the management can be so casual about doing business when feedback is honest. Seethammadhara has a shortage of takeaway points, there are only 2 others. But I preferred Rasapurna due to hygiene and proximity. The outlet's popularity has translated to arrogance.

Curries available here veg and non veg curries are available in two different sections and they all are mouth watering I am saying about veg only as I am a vegetarian sorry for non veggies on all days this curry point both sections heavily crowded means non veg also might be good reasonable cost for every one minimum one packet cost ₹30 which cater for two persons economically and one wants to enjoy full quantity then he needs to take one packet for one so that he can enjoy that food with good quantity. Located at the centre of the city any thing you pick never gets disappointed that's for sure but bit spicy and those who don't like spicy food it is not for them even though spicy it is tasty one will enjoy the deliciousness of the recipes you get curries dal different curries more than 10...

Absolutely Worst Experience!

Ordered a simple veg curry, and the quantity was so less that it’s not even enough for one person!And guess what? They are looting ₹50 for this, while other restaurants offer better quality and more quantity for just ₹20-₹30!

To make things worse, I asked them to pack the curry from the bowl, but they denied and forced me to take only the pre-packed ones.This is outright ridiculous!

If you want to waste your money and get cheated, this is the place for you. But for me, never again!I’ll never visiting this restaurant...
