RASOI. Since 2000 — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

The place is close to the NAD Junction. From the outside the place looks good though but lacks hygiene inside. You would get lot of options to eat which is really nice and the food tastes good too. This was my first experience and the reason why would go only with 3 stars are: (a) The white plates were plastic ones and apparently very old and you could see the yellowish stain on them as they have been used for a very long time. (b) The handwash area was a mess and the most unhygienic place. (c) The tables we sat were not clean and the paper placemats weren't changed post the previous customers left. (d) The staff are cold so you would need to be calm while dealing with them or else you might lose your temper. Only positive thing in Rasoi is its ambience. Everything else is worst. Whatever you order from menu card, they mostly said NO. I don't know what is the purpose of having menu card in Rasoi. As some of here have already posted some of rasoi's photos I am simply ignoring posting of those pics again. We ordered nearly 12 to 15 items. He hardly brought 6 to 10 items. I think they have only few items like roti, biryani, few chicken dishes and some veg dishes. That's it. But in the menu card... . Sorry .. don't want to discuss about their menu card again. I have both best and worst experience. I ordered mutton biryani one afternoon , it was excellent and spicy. Great taste.

Some other evening I ordered chicken biryani, the taste was exact opposite to my previous experience. Worst. Worst ever worst. some sort of bad smell was coming out of that food. I think , they just heated up some old food or something. Worst ever. I threw everything.
