RK Tiffins — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Note: Review might be long, but it's a genuine one.

To be honest, I never heard of this place, We used to travel occasionally through Ravulapalem and used to have our Tiffins at the Maruti Hotel. But this time, my mom insisted that she wants to have tiffin at RK Tiffins since we were travelling to Tirupati from Visakhapatnam in car. So with her saying, we diverted left from the highway, nd upon seeing the Tiffin centre we were awestruck with the crowd. So, now coming to the ordering, there were different items in different shapes which I never saw...usual items were there such as Vada, but some unique items were also present, nd its better I don't describe them so as to avoid spoilers and it's also better if u see it for urself 😁. And as usual we were puzzled as to order what, because all were unique in names. And as a gamble, we went for Unlimited Tiffins option which is priced at Rs. 80/-. Now we took the token, and the serving guy gave us a different plate other than the usual plates they were serving others. Later we figured it out that, for Unlimited Tiffins there are different plates for better identification. So we started with one tiffin, hoping it would be enough, but by the end, we ended up with trying each nd every item in the list. Because all of them were tasty. And point to be noted, it's all self service, from tiffins to chutneys. Because they have a limited staff and half of them r engaged in packing parcels for the locals.

So if u were pass through Ravulapalem in the morning times, then prefer RK Tiffins for the Tiffins.

Cons: Food quality has to be improved. Staff delivering food has to be tought to work in Hygienic way. Crowded not managing and maintaining neat or Clean environment. Workers are not wearing masks. Handling of food needed improvement. Area has to be expanded as amount.of people visiting on weekdays itself is high and on Weekends it will be even more so proper people management is needed. As a center for all nearby 500 to thousand villages and on the hot spot of Highway it's the HOT place which need Q and Q to be administer properly otherwise owners can't run for a longer and smoother way. Pros: Food options are healthy but still need some refinement. Need to concentrate and target larger piece of audiance. Chutney distribution process is not adequate, lots of wastage is observed that can be handled with strict and friendly monitoring. Security man who assists in Vehicle parking is big plus. But will they need a bigger parking area. Heat is the main thing which needed to be handled so people adminstration and handling of crowd can be worked...
