"Very poor behavior by their staff. They treat their customers very disrespectfully.

I went to Rusi Backey , Chittoor purchased some items and paid through PhonePe. While I was leaving, a staff member came near my scooter and asked for payment proof, saying their phone speaker was not working. I understood the situation and showed the proof.

A week later, I visited Rusi Bakery again (near Durgamma Temple, Chittoor) and bought some coconut cookies for children, paying ₹85 through PhonePe. Once again, while I was about to leave, they stopped me and asked for proof of payment with the same excuse.
