Unsafe cakes and reckless owner.

Seven days bakery at tadigadapa on bunder road is using unsafe or cheap food colors in cakes. I have ordered a cake for my 1 yr old daughter’s cake smash. The frosting on the cake was extremely bitter, tasted like chemical and the colors does not go away even after washing several times.

I took the cake back to the shop to ask about bitterness. The staff lady says that cake was picked up late and that the cakes go bad after one day of making. This claim itself is questionable about their quality and if true nobody should buy cakes from them. In reality the issue is with colors they used as it is only the red and pink colored frosting that was bitter and rest of the cake was fine. I have asked to return my money back but the staff lady refused and called the owner.

After sometime the owner showed up and walked straight to the cake, tasted it, talked to staff and asked them to taste it. The owner softly scolded the staff worker about not using red colors and that she has already mentioned it before. Moment later she turns to us and starts claiming that the bitterness of frosting is because the cake was picked up late and that the cake has exceeded its shelf life of one day. Then she goes on to argue further that it is my fault meanwhile diverting and misleading the issue of bitterness from bad or excessive food colors.

This shows recklessness and arrogance towards customers safety. The owner could have decently accepted the mistake on their side, but rather resorted to argue further and blame the fault on customer. This is a sad business practice. I sincerely advise all to stay away from this place and don’t put your loved ones...

I think I started visiting this place in the year 2008 or 2007. The year doesn't matter, things which we need to know is about the place food price quality and service. This is what mainly a restaurant needs to be on top. Seven Days is a very good place which has all the ambience we love to hangout with friends & family. The food is very good n yummy and it just completes your meal, making you leave with a happy tummy. 🙂 Price is very reasonable. The best things i always loved are Paneer roll, Chicken roll, Egg noodles with butter Chicken pop corn Cappuccino Coming to pastries they are the best in town. They introduced us to a whole new level. You just give a image of what sort of cake you need and that's it they make it for you in the best way. They never said no what ever cake I asked. It's been more than 11 years they always make us happy with the same and best quality. Love you guys. Keep rocking and make the customers happy like always. Guys forgot to say they have all sort of payments Tez, Bhim, Phone pay. Card payments. Cash payments. All the best to you guys @ Seven Days...

We Order the Birth Day Cake from Satyanarayana Puram Sevendays Bakery they served us old stock that is very bad smell and we approach the Bakery Number provided on the Packing Box one number is not lifted second number lifted they told me you approch Satyanaraya Puram Branch. Today the Bakers disappointed our family all of my relatives even not touched the cake , simply we called our watch man and given the entire cake they are also inform it is very bad smell like that. I request every buyer dont take the cakes from this bakery they are not maintaining quality based on brand image we are booked the cake I request every buyer dont take Birth Day Cakes you may also disappoint
