Food was very bad, presentation was good but taste not so much, served burnt food which tasted bitter when I told the same to one of their manager he said that is not possible, i didn't even understand how to respond to that as i have tasted the food and I know how it tasted but he is saying that it is impossible so left without eating, ambience was okay not the best. Place is loud and noisy. Glass and cutlery were dirty when seated at the table, after showing them they changed it. Service was also not that great while i am struggling to serve my plate with single hand one of the waiter is standing still and simply looking, while the other is watching the band that is playing. Prices are very high but the food they are serving is bad. The sound is very loud, i know the restaurant has a live band and most of them visit such a place to listen and enjoy, but it can become quite irritating for some, suppose if we want to call the waiter or say something to him he cannot hear what we are saying due to the loud music, the music can be loud but not to the point that it is irritating, some may not agree with this but it was my experience that...

Visited SOMAA at Yendada recently. The place markets itself as a luxury dining spot, but I would say it falls slightly short of that claim. The food was decent in both taste and pricing. Not extraordinary, but also not overpriced, which feels fair.

The ambience is nice and makes for a good dining setting, though not quite at the level of a luxury restaurant. What I did find impressive was the variety of drinks available for those who enjoy them. However, for non drinkers, especially people with diabetes, there are no suitable alternatives. No Coke Zero, sugar free mocktails, or similar options. Adding these would improve the inclusivity of the menu.

During our visit, there was a live performance which added to the energy, but the volume was kept too high. It made it difficult to hold conversations or socialize. If the management balances that aspect better, the experience would be much improved.

Overall, a good experience and worth a visit. With a few thoughtful changes, SOMAA could truly live up to the luxury dining image...
