TAAZA KITCHEN — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

This is one of the worse I have ever visited. The have took the name TAAZA Kitchen from Hyderabad based Taaza Tiffins situated in Nagole,Madhapur,Kompally. I request these owners to take a strict action against Tirupati's Taaza Kitchen because they have been running under the same banner from last few months with an immense bad quality. I visited around 9. No steward,boy is available to take order. After 15Mins they have come to us by seeing us walking out and made us to dine there. The food quality is worst. No salt in chutney and sambar doesn't even have its essence. When I asked to the owner,he said they don't have any link with Hyderabad's Hotel but are running under their name. He said that their restaurant name is Devi's Taaza Kitchen but i didn't see any Devi name on any of the banner. Really had a worse experience dining their. Should have been slept with hunger instead of eating at Taaza Kitchen. All their 4.3 ⭐ reviews are fake reviews and they are proud for these...

Today(09-05-2022) been to this place for dinner with my family of four ,Trust me the place , Food and female in the dinning area are the stars of this place. This female handles all the tables with whole heartedly and She is the real gem of the person. She works so much I felt like I got something to learn from her in maintaining that right attitude while working . Coming to the place and ambience , If they maintain the same vide for next few years till the almonds trees grow out in full size i think It will be a landmark in tirupati. Food taste very authentic southern type and chai bar outside was also very good. while leaving the place I was so much in love with that vide around the place. Lastly it was open kitchen , there was transparency of how food was cooked and how hygiene the kitchen was. U need real guts to keep let customer know how u make food ani.

Atmosphere and Ambience is soo perfect but the food menu track is different with unlimited Food quality, the service done by the person was very weird and he's not ready to listen to the customer, but whenever they said unlimited the service man is ready to offer extra Food , but the Guy Named Chandan was very Rude , before Giving the food he's saying about the Bill amount, that they'll charge Extra price for Extra chapati.... If it's limited then why to keep unlimited food in the Menu??... Food was worth but the way chandan spoke hurts, so ask him to be polite that would Help every Customer...
