Cons: Butter Naan: Unfortunately, the butter naan I ordered fell short of expectations, warranting a mere 2 out of 10 on my rating scale. Billing Time: The billing process took slightly longer than anticipated, which could be improved for a smoother experience. Food Suggestions: It would have been a nice touch if the waitstaff could provide food recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience.

A Decline in Quality – A Disappointing Experience

As a long-time patron of Northern Circars in Srikakulam, I have witnessed its journey since its inception. Initially, I was highly impressed with their diverse menu, exceptional service, reasonable pricing, and inviting ambiance. However, over time, I have noticed a gradual decline in the quality of their food, and my most recent visit was particularly disappointing.

The food served yesterday was far below their previous standards, prompting me to share this review. While the female staff members responsible for serving were efficient in their roles, they lacked warmth and a welcoming demeanor. Additionally, the individual taking orders appeared uninformed about the menu and was unable to provide clear explanations of the dishes. When I addressed my concerns about the declining food quality, he dismissed my feedback, insisting that complaints were infrequent. However, even rare complaints should be taken seriously, as they indicate areas for improvement.

Upon checking Google reviews, I noticed similar grievances, particularly regarding food quality and the attitude of the order taker. With Northern Circars expanding to Vizianagaram and Hyderabad, maintaining such subpar standards may deter customers from visiting.

A year ago, the restaurant offered a far superior experience, with better-tasting food, excellent service, and engaging initiatives such as live rock band performances on Sundays, birthday discounts, Circars points, and fun events. Unfortunately, apart from the ambiance, all other aspects have significantly deteriorated.

Nowadays they are taking service charges in bill and they are not demanding if we are rejected. But that one also not required.

Hi All.. Northern Circars is a multi Cuisine Restaurant Situated at 80ft Road near to TDP party office, very near to OBS at Srikakulam..

We have visited this beautiful place on 21st March 2022 for Lunch.

This is one of the Unique restaurants in Srikakulam.. The staff working here are very good and Professional..

Mr.Shiva who have welcomed us has explained about the wide varities of Food and thanks for his food Suggestions..

Ambience is Fantastic and AC was Full. Here, we can see the hotel menu by scanning QR which is placed on the Lunch Table..

We have ordered Aavakaya Vanjaram, 1/2 Chickn Mancho Soup , chicken wet lollipops, Mutton Biryani..

Each and every Dish is so Yummy and tasty.. Vanjaram fry played the role "Man of the Match".. if you are visiting this place, don't miss Vanjaram fish fry or Konem Fish fry.. Costly but very tasty..

The cost of Vanjaram Fish fry - Rs.699 Awadi Ghosh Biryani (Mutton Biryani)- Rs.399

Total bill we made was Rs.1663 Here we also have rewards program in which the bill amount will be given an ur Rewards under your customer id.. We can get some money back on our next visit..

Overall experience is excellent and we thank Mr Shiva Manager of the restaurant for his professional service, care and Loyalty towards their customers. We also thank the chef of this restaurant for providing us the tasty Food for our Lunch.. The whole crew, restaurant and Food made our day..
