Right after facing a terrible experience at a nearby restaurant (Af) , we walked into Zam Zam Family Restaurant, Mangalagiri, hoping for just some decent shawarma — but what we received was genuine warmth, excellent hospitality, and a memorable dining experience.

From the moment we stepped in, the person at the billing counter greeted us with a friendly attitude. Though we had initially planned to take away the food, he politely insisted, “No problem, you can comfortably sit inside the hotel and have your shawarma. We’ll also take care of your luggage.”

These few thoughtful words made all the difference. He didn’t just do his job — he made sure we felt welcomed, respected, and taken care of. No rushing, no attitude — just true hospitality with a smile.

The ambience was neat, the staff was polite, and the shawarma was absolutely delicious, served fresh and quickly. What stood out the most was the respectful and customer-first approach, especially after we had just experienced the exact opposite elsewhere.

The food really great!!!! I really liked their irani mandi(gravy type) it was so good. And one more thing is that this place was budget friendly caused if you order a mandi in other restaurants it will sufficient but to people and it cost about 600 to 700 as same as this but in this restaurant you can eat up to 3 people. So if you guys are in Mangalagiri, if you really want to try some Mandy and which day is good and you need it in budget friendly then you guys can check out this place. I really recommend this place.
