Had a takeout of Vegetable Biryani, Paneer Butter Masala, Garlic Naan, Plain Naan and Roti which cost Rs 450. The vegetable biryani is decent, comes with raitha and shaarwa, it is rich in spice and a bit too oily, feels very heavy and also comes in good quantity sufficient for 2-3 people. The rotis and naans are very bad. Roti is same as naan made with white maida. They are all either dry like paapad or rubbery. Seems like old or made without proper knowledge. Paneer butter masala is okay to try once. The paneer is super hard and difficult to chew. Gravy is decent but no butter flavor rather it’s dalda or oil.

Taste is ok but not hygiene, you have to wait atleast 20 minutes to get the order and the chicken gravy is not good it taste little bitter. Went with my family very bad experience there are cockroaches in serving plates and on the table. Very disgusting 🤮🤢 and finally no printed bill they gave written bill.

Recent Review : I could see an improved version of Zoyas Kitchen now . Service got better, taste improved and management is flawless now

Great work. Keep rocking.

This was my old review. ( Great taste, but very bad at service. Can improve a lot at service levels.

Above was my last review and the reply was like.... We will improve.

I have revisited the place recently. I can say, service levels have still screwed up than betterment.

And you people shall better lookinto having a neat customer handling.)

It was so damn bad experience. Sorry to say....

Your food is great which makes people choose you. But, if your customer handling is screwed, there shall not be any progression in people showing love towards your brand.

I used to order Biriyani (special chitimuthyallu chicken/mutton) from your restaurant quite often. Lately, I've noticed a significant drop in the quality, which has made me cut down on my orders. Despite paying extra for the special Biriyani, I keep receiving the regular Biriyani. Whenever I complain, all I get is a simple "sorry." My last order of mutton special Biriyani was particularly disappointing—it seemed like leftover rice, drenched in oil and overly spicy masala. We ended up throwing this food to the dog. It feels like you just want to sell even the leftovers and make money, which is unacceptable when it comes to food. This will be my last order from your restaurant because I feel the management is not being honest about...

Providing of food is not good when ordering something in any restaurants first they provide water, onions , cucumber, leamon tissues etc.... These are the basic things that a restaurant needs to be provided but in these restaurant we should not expect and one more thing There are two major disappoint things are NOTE In the restaurant they are not providing a branch water like tata water plus, kinley, aquafine etc... Local brand water bottles giving to customers and charging brand water bottles cost

Collecting the GST from the customers this is main disappointing to customer
