Momo Magic Cafe & Indian Masala Magic (Family Restaurant) — Restaurant in Arunachal Pradesh

I wish, if there would be an option for no star. I request, to the owner of momo magic Kindly pay attention to my words:

1. Since, this restaurant is known by the name of MOMO MAGIC therefore customer approach considering momo must be the signature food. But I bet we (customer) are getting the worst momo. Even street momo is much better than this.
2. Service: I wish, if I can't give any star. We ordered (coffee and french fries) at first we got our fries, we were waiting for our coffee. But fries was getting cold so we started to eat till the time coffee reached, fries was already finished. "Which was obvious" because they took almost 20 minutes to serve our coffee. Therefore we go for second order with high expectation :- "Momo". They serve us momo but there was no chutney. so, iasked them for chutney... They gave us chutney, which was unsalted... So, I again asked them for salt... The girl came, with the salt and justifying themselves by saying: they generally don't add salt in chutney... Areee bhai ,we know mostly restaurant mein they don't add salt but atleast either they keep salt on table or provide us with the order.. yahan toh tumlog nah namak saath mein deta hai, na add karta hai..... Har cheez ko single single karke mangna pad raha hai...

Sir/mam (momomagic owner) :- i believe your staffs have some sort of issue among themselves regarding work, resulting lackadaisical attitude towards customer. So, kindly pay attention to it. Which will be beneficial for your...

I went to @magic_momo_nirjuli in expectation of receiving the same quality as of same franchise in chandranagar, itanagar. But to my utter despise, it was the worst of all the places I've ever known.

To be direct, even the momos sold in streets are better than these. The momo was so roughly packed in an aluminum packaging and the sauce wasn't even schezwan, as they argued. Where else in itanagar, they offer 2 sauces and that too...very tasty👍 It was the worst, would never go and neither recommend anyone...

Restaurant itself name says momo magic but their momo taste worst which really disappoint us for our first buying since we thought atleast they must be serving the best momo. And more than worst is their service. Last but not least we ordered virgin mojito and they served something else which taste 🤮🤢. Whoever the owner, I kindly request please check on your employ how they do their service and what food they are serving because nobody but you'll...
