Biryani Centre — Restaurant in Assam

Earlier, I liked the food specially the tandoori chicken and kebabs. The momos and biryani served here were also comparatively good but off late everything seems to be bad. They have opened a new outlet in Maligaon but they are serving bad stuff and overcharging. I was in for a shock when I brought in a friend and found smelly chicken served in the Biryani. A big thumbs down to the outlet. I again visited it a few days back half of the things in the menu were unavailable.

This time I visited at a friend's insistence, believe me the quality worsened, even the dish where the soup was...

It is a family restaurant with lots of space situated in the heart of Maligaon. Unlike the name suggests, the biryani here is just okay okay level. You'll get other items such as Mutton Rogan Josh, Chicken Butter Masala and such dhaba type items much better than those fancy biryanis. The coffees here are a big NO. They put so much of milk and sugar in it that the coffee ultimately loses it's identity. Ideal place for birthday party, anniversary party etc. A lot of scope for improvement is there. Price is affordable but quality can be much much better than the current one....

I recently visited Biryani Center for lunch and ordered their Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the dish. The biryani was overly salty and dry, lacking the moist and flavorful texture I expected. What added to the disappointment was the absence of raita, which could have balanced out the saltiness and added a refreshing touch to the meal. Overall, my experience with the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani at Biryani Center was not satisfactory, and I hope they can improve the seasoning and presentation of their dishes...
