Café Go Green — Restaurant in Assam

This café is a complete disaster. The staff and management are hands down the worst I’ve ever seen. Even the interns act like they’re above the customers—as if we’re invisible. Every chicken dish tastes the same: bland, smoky, and lazy.

And don’t get me started on their ridiculous “rules and regulations”—they make no sense, just pure stupidity.The sofa side are always reserved with ghost appearance.

When this place opened, everything was overpriced at ₹100+ for the most basic items. Now? They’ve hit rock bottom—selling ₹20 parathas and ₹30 momos. That’s not an upgrade, that’s a downfall.

Service? Pathetic. They literally took two hours to bring out a pizza. TWO HOURS. What a joke LoL

Me and my friend went to cafe go green for her birthday. We ordered chicken lollipops, chicken roll and two fresh lime soda. I swear we both fell sick after the very next day. The chicken lolipops were still a lil good...but the roll and lime soda was very bad. I asked some of my other friends..they also said the same that.. they're stomach got upset after having food from here. So.. i do not recommend. About the service, it's a 3..because we had to ask again and again for glass, plates. They didn't provide it on their own. The weiters are not so attentive. Felt a lil unprofessional in comparison to what they say. No ofence, the atmosphere was good. Nice songs were played in the background giving good vibes. "Pathetic customer service. Customer opinions are underestimated." Being nearly regular customers , it was a very disappointing situation.Me and my friend, we sat to 'dine in' in a table & due to uncomfortable sitting arrangement we shifted to another table to dine as there were more than available seats.But they didn't serve the meal on the very table we were sitting saying we have to sit in the previous arrangements while there were more than available seats.When we confronted about it, they didn't care. And when we talked to the manager he was very impolite & arrogant.And we already paid for it but when we were about to leave without eating he didn't even care to talk for refunding.

Visited a lot of highly reputed restaurants but never felt so...
